¡Belt conveyor components

Idlers: SMMC Idlers series from Diameter Φ89mm to Φ216mm and suitable for the belt conveyor width from 350mm to 3000mm and satisfy the requirement of ISO and DIN norm. The structure know-how is imported from from Germany Precismeca. Output more than 20,000pics per month.
Pulleys: There are two structure categories, they are weld structure and weld-cast structure. And two kinds of bearing block modes could be selected by the clients, there are, integral type and split type. The know-how of pulley with weld structure was imported from PWH Co. of Germany. it is suitable for widely width of the pulleys and large tension (up to 167t). The surface lagging of driving pulley is herringbone or rhombus.

SMMC could design, fabricate and supply almost whole components of belt conveyor include steelworks, gear-box, backstop unit, cleaner, coupling and other accessories. Sure, motors and conveying belt are purchased.
